No refund policy! But we have exchange policy. Our exchange policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since you collected your product(s), we can’t offer you any exchange. We only replace items if they are wrong sized, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@couronnecrochet.com or whatsapp +27 65 960 8679

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange;
- Your item must be smaller or bigger than the size you placed order(s);
- You must send video to Couronne Crochet (CC) whatsapp to confirm the issue;
- The mistake of making a different size must be on CC’s side;
- The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it;
- It must also be in the original packaging;
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase;
- Make sure the items is unwashed and neatly folded in the original packaging;
- Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package;
- Returns have to be paid by you;
- Then CC will make new product(s) and ship to your address accordingly.
Please note that Couronne Crochet does not have products in the store and does not sell returned product(s) to any customers
Please do not send your purchase back to the wrong address or receiver’s name
Missing products
CC is accountable for the products were shipped via our partners shipping companies (Post Net and DHL). We will be updating products journey to our website where you can track them.
Couronne Crochet is not responsible for any products were sent via any meaning of transport of your choice.
Shipping / Customs
Within African countries you will not be charged for customs. For international shipments, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
